EXPERIENCED WORKER: Have you been told you are “too experienced” or feel that chronological age is a barrier? This workshop will offer tips to highlight your skills and may increase your success in your job search. 

TRANSFERRABLE SKILLS: Participants will learn the value of and how to identify their transferrable skills and how it relates to their job search process.

Leadership for Supervisors Class - Sidney CDO Workforce

Join us for a Supervisory Training Class 

When: Dec. 16th, 19th and 23rd, 9:00am - Noon 

Where: CDO Workforce, 21 Liberty St., Sidney, NY  

Course Description  

This 9-hour course is designed to be delivered in 3 segments of 3 hours each. The course gives the attendees an advance foundation of management skill learning. The course engages the attendees in analyzing and using thought leadership and application of these ideas within company applications. Several actual company examples will be used to help the attendees better understand the approach and attention required for good supervisory skills. The students will be provided with copies of the slides used in the class.
