Delaware County CDO Workforce is looking for a Crew Chief to supervise 4 to 5 youth ages 14-19 for CDO's Summer Youth Employment Program

Youth and the crew chief will help prepare the Delaware County Fairgrounds for the 2021 Delaware County Fair. This position involves working 5 to 6 week approximately July 6th to August 13th. Ideal position for teacher’s aides, college students, or teachers who want some income, but time off to still enjoy the summer. Traditionally Crew Chiefs work 28 hours per week. Must know how to start and operate lawn trimmers and mowers. Will supervise cleaning and painting of buildings and grandstands, mentor youth, and submit timesheets. CDO Workforce is partnering with Otsego County Chamber of Commerce, Commerce Chenango, and Delaware County Chamber of Commerce to invite you to the Chenango, Delaware, Otsego Virtual Career Fair, being held on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021!  This event will focus on industries that are in high demand, including:  Healthcare, Hospitality, Tourism, Manufacturing and more!

We will be utilizing Premier Virtual, a U.S.-based, Veteran-owned job fair platform that provides an easy-to-use job fair simulation, enabling real-time interaction between recruiters and candidates, including video chat.
