Caregiver needed for a medically fragile, immune compromised, young disabled adult woman.
Care is needed in a home setting with pets in the home.
Responsibilities include help with routine daily living activities, feeding, ambulation, and diapering. Mom will provide a safe place for you to work and a daily schedule.
The current need is for Sunday afternoon 2-8 and Wednesday evening 5-8.
More hours may be available for the right person.
You must be well and have reliable transportation.
There will be some lifting.

The Assistant Director is a team player, who will work collaboratively with campus-wide student support areas (e.g. Business Office, Student Financial Services, Registrar) to support the needs of students, as well as external agencies, assisting with a variety of projects and assignments as needed in a fast-paced work environment. University service through committee and workgroup participation is expected with the potential for some travel.

The Assistant Director of Continuing Education & Professional Studies:+ Provides daily customer service support for the Office of Continuing Education and Professional Studies+ Coordinates communications with campus departments, high school partners and outside agencies as necessary; Creates personalized communications through technology (e.g. signal vine, fire engine red) to promote professional studies to varied populations+ Researches grant opportunities and recommends to the director which grants the institution should apply for.+ Manages procurement, payment/reconciliation, for CSEA Partnership courses, Open Enrollment Courses, and College in High School course; monitor expenditures, maintain all financial accounts and records. Budgets for each event.+ Manages the online registration and payment systems for Open Enrollment Courses+ Manages the College and High School Enrollment process+ Secures venues, coordinates technology needs, sets up of classroom space/events, reserves equipment and services as needed+ Fulfills reporting needs for all internal and external constituents to assure accurate data for assessment of all events;+ Develop marketing and advertisements for upcoming events and projects+ Ensures compliance with all reporting in regards to SUNY, state and federal regulations.+ Travels to event locations to handle all event logistics.+ Stands in for Director as requested.

Court Assistants serve as part clerks in: Supreme Courts; all County and District level courts; those City Courts with three or more full-time judges; and the Civil Court of the City of New York. Executive Steward

The Executive Steward is responsible for overseeing the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen(s) or other food preparation areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the Stewarding Department.
• Supervise all outlet personnel.
• Schedule all stewards, pot washers, and night cleaners.
• Assure compliance with Health Department standards.
• Supervise and maintain the sanitation of the kitchen, storerooms, hallways, dock, and equipment.
• Work with the Executive Chef and F & B Director to anticipate equipment needs.
• Order and control inventory of all cleaning compounds.
• Work with F&B managers and keep them informed of F&B issues as they arise.
• Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention.
• Coordinate and monitor all phases of Loss Prevention in the stewarding areas.
• Ensure compliance with SOP's in all stewarding areas.
• Design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Conduct quarterly china, glass, linen, and silver inventories.
• Maintain and operate burnishing machine.
• Schedule and monitor trash removal.
• Train staff in assembly and cleaning of dish machines.
• Inspect all hood systems for cleanliness. Schedule service.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed during each meal period.
• Organize and conduct department meetings in a timely manner.
• Hire, train, coach, and counsel employees.
• Conduct staff performance reviews in accordance with The Otesaga standards.
• Schedule pest control visits.
• Keep appropriate par stock on all inventory goods. Notify Purchasing Director of any variances or deviation in par stock.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food and beverage storage laws, regulations, and codes.
• Participate in the inventory process (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Review banquet event orders and consult with appropriate management for special requirements.
• Keep supervisor aware of any unusual occurrences and significant deviations from standards, policies, and procedures.
