Connect ALL a division of Empire State Development, is gathering information to ensure that every New York business and household has broadband connectivity and the resources needed to close the state’s remaining digital divide:
Affordable Housing Connectivity Program
Building Owners of Affordable Housing: Could receive no-cost new or upgraded fiber-to-the-unit broadband equipment installation. ConnectALL’s Affordable Housing Connectivity Program, will fund infrastructure upgrades to create open-access building wiring and attract Internet Service Providers to often-overlooked affordable housing properties.
As a first step in this process, ConnectALL encourages building owners to take a 5 minute survey to collect basic information on the internet equipment and services currently available at their properties.

New York State Internet Access Survey
As New York State makes unprecedented investments in broadband infrastructure, ConnectALL needs input from residents in every corner of the state to design a Digital Equity Plan that serves their needs.
Please take 10 minutes to complete the New York State Internet Access Survey. ConnectALL will use results of this survey, in addition to other key community consultations, to develop a comprehensive Digital Equity Plan for New York State.
