Responsibilities:
The Outreach Coordinator works with Sr. Brand Managers to increase brand engagement among artists, retailers, employees, and the extended Golden community. The Outreach Coordinator is heavily focused on disseminating product samples, branded merchandise, and collateral packages to these audiences through events and direct communications, generating new contacts for the brands and stimulating brand advocacy. In addition, supports trade show logistics, scanning and archiving of ads and press releases, and annual update of documentation (price lists, setup files, sell sheets, etc.).

This position works from 3:45pm to 2:15am, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Receive and deliver incoming materials to appropriate locations. Pick and deliver WIP and component materials to filling area and stock WIP from Paint Making. Accurately count inventory, preform inventory tracking, and utilize computer skills to enter information about materials and products transactions in the ERP system. Prepare and inspect outbound carts of products being transferred to GAC Distribution Center and ensure manifest are complete and accurate. Prepare and inspect all outbound shipments to customers. Requires certification to operate multiple types of forklifts including counterbalance forklifts, sit down forklifts, stand up forklifts, cherry-pickers, and clamp and reach forklifts. Attention to detail is an absolute must for this position.

• Frequent lifting of up to 65 lb. 5-gallon pails. Constant lifting/transferring of 45 to 50 lb 5-gallon pails stacked 3-4 high. Lifting is often combined w/outward reaching due to confined space. Lifting may be combined with balancing/outward reaching when working from order picker to stock higher shelves.
• Frequent carrying of up to 65lb 5-gallon pails.
• Occasional lifting of 66-lb. kegs/65-lb. bags of raw material.
• Frequent to constant lifting of 50-1b. bags of raw material. Lighter weights are handled as well including 3, 5 and 20-1bs.*NOTE: All lifting is generally maintained in a range of floor to waist/chest height. No shoulder height or overhead lifting.
• Constant grasping & hand use.
• Occasion to frequent daily use of a respirator and able to pass a respirator medical clearance
• Constant visual and auditory acuity to insure accuracy and to maintain safety and awareness in a warehouse/production environment.

2nd shift times are from 3:15pm to 1:15am, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Load/unload products onto and from trucks; review/complete documents; print shipping labels; perform cycle counts and inventory control; pick, pack, and label orders; check for quantities and quality; process orders; record identifying information; conduct inspection of products, orders, etc.; inform others of damages or shortages; complete required paperwork. This position will be HAZMAT trained, will have knowledge of shipping requirements for all GOLDEN products, and be trained on order pickers, wave machines, pallet jack, ride-on pallet jack, and the scanning system.

• Constant lifting of 1-10 pounds. Objects are obtained from shelves at heights of 4 inches to 6 feet 8 inches and are placed in bins located on carts 38 inches high.
• Good visual acuity.
• Auditory acuity to communicate with co-workers and monitor busy work environment.
• Occasional lifting of completed rack assemblies in boxes approximately 2 x 3 ft. tall (30-50 lbs.).
