"The New York State Department of Labor is excited to invite you to our upcoming Southern Tier Virtual Career Fair, being held on Thursday, November 18th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm!
***This event supports recruitment efforts in the Southern Tier Region of NY. This includes Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, and Broome counties***
There will be a preview day on Wednesday, November 17th, where jobseekers can view content and job postings and prepare themselves for the “live” event. The Virtual Career Fair will go live on November 18th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Following receipt of exhibiting businesses registrations, businesses will receive an email containing deadlines, important links for accessing the event, login credentials to “create” your booth and a Virtual Career Fair Exhibitors Guide. This guide details information about the event, gives helpful tips and answers many frequently asked questions. Department of Labor staff will be available throughout the process to help you with overall technical assistance.

Please note – If you participated in the October Southern Tier Virtual Career Fair event – you will not need to “re-create” your booth after registering! You can however, make any changes/updates you would like after receiving your login credentials.
